What is Book'd?
A simple booking calendar and prospect list for independent recruiters and advisors. You share one link, guests pick a time, and the appointment lands on your Google Calendar.
How much does it cost?
$9 a month for one person, after a 7-day trial. No card is needed to start the trial.
What do I need to get started?
A Google account with Google Calendar. Sign up, connect your calendar, and copy your booking link.
Why can't I copy my booking link yet?
Your link turns on once Google Calendar is connected. Go to Settings → Calendar and click Connect.
What does "You're live" mean?
Your calendar is connected and your booking link is ready to share. Copy it and paste it in your bio.
Will people double-book me?
Book'd only offers times that are free across the Google calendars you choose to check, so guests can't pick a time you're already busy.
Where do new bookings go?
New bookings go on your primary Google Calendar.
Can I set my own hours and days off?
Yes. In Scheduling, edit an event to set its length, hours, days, closed dates, and extra open dates. You can add buffers before and after meetings in Settings → Availability.
What happens after someone books?
The time goes on your Google Calendar, and your guest gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite file attached. Your guest can also reschedule or cancel from the link on their confirmation page.
Do I need Zoom?
No. If you haven't added a Zoom link, Book'd adds a Google Meet link to each booking automatically. If you paste your own Zoom link, Book'd uses that instead.
Can I ask guests questions before they book?
Yes. Add screening questions to an event: in Scheduling, open the event and use Extra questions (Quick add has Phone, State, and Licensed yes/no). Guests answer them on your booking page when they book.
Do guests have to give a phone number?
No. Phone is optional unless you add the Phone screening question to your event.
Can I put my booking page on my website?
Yes. Go to Scheduling, open an event, click Copy embed, and paste the code into your site.
Can I replace the Google Form in my bio?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Forms, add a title and subheading, create the form, and copy your /f/ link. You don't need to connect a calendar to use a form, and every submission appears in Prospects.
Where do I see the people who booked or filled out my form?
In Prospects. You can search, set each person's status, add notes, and archive people you're done with.
My dashboard says "Google Calendar disconnected." What do I do?
Click Reconnect Google on the banner, or go to Settings → Calendar → Connect, and choose the Google account you book into. Your booking links start working again once you reconnect.
My booking page says it isn't taking bookings. Why?
Usually your Google Calendar is disconnected or your trial has ended. Open your dashboard and follow the message at the top. Reconnect Google in Settings → Calendar, or subscribe from the dashboard, and your link starts taking bookings again.
I forgot my password.
Go to bookd.dontoh.com/forgot-password, enter your email, and click Send reset link. Reset your password
