Agreement
By creating an account or using Book'd, you agree to these Terms. If you use Book'd on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
The service
Book'd provides software that helps you share a booking page and intake form, sync appointments with your Google Calendar, and keep track of the people who book or apply. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for complying with telemarketing and privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including consent where required).
Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, or deceptive messaging
- No spam
- No attempts to probe, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
- No use that violates Google or Stripe policies
We may suspend accounts that create risk to the platform or others.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.Overage for usage may apply if described on your plan.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
